Best Protein Pancake Recipes

1. Basic Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

 DIRECTIONS

1/4 cup Raw Oats 1. Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms.
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese 2. Pour into a hot Pan (Using non stick Spray)
1/2 Scoop Protein Powder 3. Flip when edges start browning.
1/2 cup Eezi Egg Whites 4. Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and top with Almonds

 

 

2. Two-Ingredient Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

 DIRECTIONS

1 Whole Egg 1. Mash the banana and add the eggs in. Stir until mixture becomes somewhat homogenized 
2 Eezi Egg Whites (60ml) 2. Pour into a hot Pan (Using non stick Spray)
1 Small Ripe Banana 3. Flip when edges start browning.
Recipe will make 3-4 Small pancakes.

 

 

3. Banana Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

 DIRECTIONS

1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes  1. Preheat Pan to 300 degrees (Using non stick Spray)
1-2 Scoops 100% Whey (Vanilla) 2. In a bowl mix eggs, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1/2 of a mashed up banana, and 1/2 drop liquid Stevia.
6 Whole Eggs 3. Melt coconut oil in microwave and add to mix.
2 Eezi Egg Whites (60ml) 4. Stir in flax meal and protein to a desired creamy consistency. Add cinnamon.

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil 5. Pour on pan and cook a few min on each side.
1 Whole Banana 6. Slice remaining 1/2 Banana & top pancakes with zero-calorie maple syrup.
Cinnamon to taste
Sugar free maple syrup or Sweetener to taste
